چکیده

This study aimed to determine the levels of Aflatoxin M1 in several kinds of ice creams such as milky, vanilla, cocoa, sherbet and frozen yogurt by high performance liquid chromatography with a fluorescence detector. because of high consumption of this product by children and significant role of milk and dairy products in human diet, evaluation of AFM1 in ice cream would be useful. According to our results, The incidence of AFM1 contamination in samples was 66%. Therefore, regular monitoring of AFM1 in this product is needed
