چکیده

This study aimed to determine the levels of Aflatoxin B1 and Aflatoxin total in nuts such as Pistachios, Sunflower seeds and Peanuts by high performance liquid chromatography with a fluorescence detector. because consuming samples with high levels of AFs contamination, especially in children, can cause severe problem to consumers health, evaluation of AFs in nuts would be useful. According to our results, The incidence of AFB1 contamination in Pistachio, Sunflower seed and Peanut was 85.7%, 65% and 83.3% respectively. Therefore, there is a need for regular monitoring of AFs for contamination
