Green-Roof, Urban Ecological Design Approach: Case Studies:EDITT tower & Eco-Bay Complex

Utilization of the sustainable architecture and the development of ecosystem in different builing stores particularly the roofs plays an important roles. However, citizens, due to urban artificial panorama of industeries & lack of interaction with nature feel no peace or comfort. Therefore, from long ago, man built different roof gardens for differentpurposes as a solution to make a change in the urban view & to improve health or to develop ecological & economic interactions. Nowaday, green roof, as an urban ecological design, is in the center of a attention to replace the useless and dull building, in city. This qualitative-descriptive research focuses on the role and importance of green roof as one of the effective factors in development of sustainable green urban architecture by studing EDITT tower: Singapore and Eco-Bay Complex: Abu Dhabi UAE.
