چکیده مقاله:
UV light and heat were investigated for their ability to de toxify Aflatoxin in pistachio to avoid their hazardous effect. This experiment was conducted as complet randomized design to study the effect of high heat and UV- irradiation on the reduction of pistachio Aflatoxin in Nazari company laboratory in 2015. The treatment was included high heat (350 °C for three hours), UVirradiation (for 5 hours) and control with three replication. Aflatoxins were determined usingHPLC after immunoaffinity column clean-up. The resultswere revealed that high heat had no significant difference with controlon the reduction of Aflatoxin, and UV-irradiation had a significant effect on the reduction of Aflatoxin.
