چکیده مقاله:
The main purpose of this research is studying the role of strategic thinking in the development of human resources of Tehran's social security organization. The type of this research is correlation and it has been done as a descriptive-survey method. The population consisted of 400 experts, supervisors and managers of Tehran's social security organization that 70 individuals were selected by using random sampling and Cochran formula. Also, the way of gathering information was a questionnaire that Cronbach alpha coefficients of 0.83 for the questionnaire of strategic thinking leadership and 0.87 for the questionnaire of human resource development were obtained. Results showed that the correlation coefficient of 0.903 was achieved among the components of strategic thinking and the development of human resources at the alpha level of 0.01, which showed positive and significant relationship between them. Test results showed that the dimension of strategic action in comparison with strategic thinking and dimensions of (behavior and attitude) in comparison with the development of human resources in Tehran's social security organization is in average situation and the skill of strategic thinking and strategic influence or impact in comparison with strategic thought, knowledge and behavior when compared to the development of human resources are in a good condition
