چکیده مقاله:

The present study is aimed at Investigating Factors affecting organizational Sound within governmental organizations in metropolitan city of Mashhad. This study is formed based on research findings in the field organization. For compromising the research theoretical frame work, literature review and research historical background, Hames (2012), has been the foundations of Investigating Factors affecting organizational Sound within governmental organizations.The statistical population of the research was the entire organizational employeesof Mashhad (350 people), in which 184 people have been selected by accessible random sampling. To study the components of the variables, teachers’ ideas have been adopted and for testing the reliability of the questionnaires Cronbakh Alpha have been applied. For testing the research hypothesis, Tests tending to center, single-sample t-test and Friedman test were used. The obtained results showed that while organizational voice is suitable in organizations, all the aspects (Encouragement, safety, efficiency and organizational climate) have significant impacton organizational voice. However, among all the organizational indicators, encouragement had the greatest impact on organizational sound development. At the end, the results have been put into discussions.
