چکیده مقاله:
The final stage of project management processes is project close-down. Project close-down should be performed to ensure that no working area is left open any longer. It is the fact that only in few projects clear close-down are pe:tformed. Projects that do not have clear and comprehensive close-down would likely cause difficulties for the company. One of the project manger's tasks in this process is to prepare a Lessons Learned session. This is an opportunity to transfer practices to project team, project managers and company.
Managing global projects have new varieties of difficulties in compare to traditional projects. These projects need the collaboration of people from different countries with diffe:t"ent languages and cultures. In the global projects trust has a vital role to achieve to collaboration among stakeholders. Moreover, current competitive market demands long term trust for future projects. Project managers should always improve their techniques and approaches by learning from results of project close-down. Project managers should make these results available for future project managers, who might work in similar situation with part of the global team or similar costumer.
