چکیده مقاله:
This paper presents a developing approach as a manageiral development by doing a specific project based on organizational needs that lots of manageiral and soft skills can be developed during that .The learning experience as a whole is presented, including planning aspects for all scheduled activities, are provided later. The definition of the project is provided, as well as its specific details for practical project work, the main educative instrument of the course, in order to bring out the most relevant aspects of the approach. These include improving the learning process and details of the assessment process that make continuous improvement possible. There are 8 main steps whci are: efining organuzational problem, coaching to solve the problem and assessment.The focus group will be put through a great expereince of a new and effective learning method called LEAP. Learner Engaged Action Project is designed to provide all participants the great possibility of: Working toghether with a great team and learn how to overcome team-work issues Learn and practice how to put toghether a fabulous peresentation by: Farming problem onducting nessesary and proper data search Structuring everything into great teamwork Presenting an actionable and practical presentatio
