چکیده مقاله:

Irregular resource depletion and emission of enormous amount of pollutions plus issues like climate change and global warming are signs of unsustainable development. Energy is a critical subject which its unsustainability cause to environmental, social and economic issues, any effort for its sustainability is worthy. Among all energy consumers buildings are the macro users. Building industry is accused of great role in energy crisis in most countries. Consulting engineers as designers have serious role in making sustainable buildings. Focus of this research is on the conducting consulting engineers to sustainable energy building and structure. Research information is provided through investigating expert idea via questioner and interviews and vast literature review. And then a strategic program is developed to lead consulting engineers to sustainable energy building development. This strategic program is developed through HCMS method which includes using balanced scorecard (BSC) and then it was checked for effectiveness by means of sustainability impact assessment method and its cooperative solution by means of exploring experts’ idea via questioner. Statistical used methods are descriptive analysis and in assessing the relationship between goals and strategies is regression analysis. Assessments reveal strong correlation and positive effect of strategies on goals. We can assume that applying this strategic plan is an effective solution for consulting engineers in reaching energy sustainable development.
